Princess Yachts release brand new fast, comfy and compact F50 yacht

by | May 28, 2019

British boat builder Princess Yachts recently launched its brand new F50 flybridge yacht. The F50, which is 15.5 metres long and is the fifth boat in the F Class line, was designed by Princess Design Studio and naval architect Bernard Olesinski, a long-time collaborator with the brand.

The boat is part of the F Class range, which are designed to be innovative with their use of space, whilst offering up slick designs and top quality manufacturing, as well as excellent performance and sea-keeping.

The brand new F50 is sure to please and has a top speed of 36 knots, generated by its two Volvo IPS 800 engines. It also has a nice and spacious cockpit seating area that’s connected to the aft galley, and in front of the galley is the saloon which has a U-shaped sofa and a dining table for six. This space can also be converted to a comfy double berth when needed.

The spacious foredeck has a luxurious sunpad, which offers owners a lovely spot to relax and unwind when moored up in a quiet, secluded bay.

The F50 also has dual-station instrumentation and the latest Volvo-Garmin navigation and control systems. This means that the boat can be helmed from the main deck and the flybridge, offering precision manoeuvring.

Below deck there are three spacious cabins, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The comfy cabins have plenty of natural light and can sleep up to six people, making the F50 ideal for family trips or small groups of friends.

The F50 is the latest boat to join the F Class range which currently includes the F45, F55, F62, and the F70.
